Job Title: Land Surveyor (Inside)
Location: Rockville OR Lanham MD
Compensation: $30-35/hour (without license)
Requirements: Associates Degree with 3+ years professional experience and background with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.

- Registered Land Surveyor in Maryland - (result in higher compensation level)
- Experienced with MicroStation

What You Will Be Doing
- Support land surveying and right-of-way activities
- Broad range of duties including topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys
- As-builts, platting and construction layouts, metes and bounds descriptions
- Preparation of easements and legal descriptions
- May also have opportunity to communicate with clients, local and municipal authorities
What You Need For This Position
- Associate's Degree also preferred
- 3+ years experience in land survey for residential/commercial development
- Proficient in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
